It's a short, free conversation with a Therapy Experience Manager (TEM) — an in-house psychologist and matching expert at Elfina.
It usually takes 20–30 minutes and happens online over a video call.
A Therapy Experience Manager: a qualified, in-house psychologist trained to understand your needs.
Not at all. Share only what you're comfortable with. The TEM may ask about your concerns, goals, and preferences — like a therapist's gender, language, or style — but there's no pressure to open up all at once.
Yes. Your conversations are private and protected. We follow strict ethical and professional guidelines, and nothing you share is disclosed without your consent — except in rare situations involving immediate safety.
Typically within 48 hours of your call. We analyse your profile across 40+ factors and share your recommended therapist along with the reasons they're a good fit. 94% of our clients find the right match on the very first try.
