Please read these payment policies carefully before using Our Service.
1.1 General Terms
All payments for therapy sessions, workshops, or related services offered through Elfina Health (“Elfina”) must be made through the official payment link shared by Elfina. Payments made directly to a therapist or any other channel outside Elfina’s authorized system will not be considered valid.
1.2. Session Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is received.
If payment is not made on the same day as slot confirmation, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
1.3. Payment Methods
Payments are accepted through Elfina’s authorized payment gateway links.
For international clients, applicable conversion rates and transaction charges are borne by the client at the time of payment.
1.4. Platform Fee
A platform fee is applicable on every session in addition to the therapist’s fee.
The fee slab is determined as follows:
₹49 per session if the therapist’s fee is below ₹2,000
₹99 per session if the therapist’s fee is ₹2,000 or above
(both inclusive of 18% GST)
This platform fee applies to all bookings, including recurring sessions. Referral discounts apply only to the therapist fee and not to the platform fee.
1.5. Recurring Sessions
For recurring weekly or bi-weekly sessions, payment must be completed at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session. Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation of the upcoming slot.
1.6. International Payments
For clients residing outside India, higher platform fees and processing charges may apply to account for currency conversion, international gateway charges, and applicable taxes.

Client Cancellations
Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the session will be charged the full session fee.
All cancellation requests must be made only through the WhatsApp group created by Elfina with the client and therapist. Messages sent outside this group will not be considered valid.
1.2. No-Shows and Late Arrivals
The therapist will wait for up to 15 minutes from the scheduled start time.
If the client does not join within that window and has not informed within the first 15 minutes, the session will be marked as a no-show and the full fee will be charged.
If the client joins late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.

Eligibility for Refund
Clients are eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
Therapist-initiated cancellation where rescheduling is not possible.
Administrative errors resulting in duplicate or excess payments.
Valid cancellations made as per Elfina’s Cancellation Policy.
Refunds apply to all components of payment, including therapist fees, platform fees, and applicable taxes, where eligible.
Refund Method
All refunds are processed to the same payment method used for the original transaction. No cash or alternate transfer method will be used.
Refund Timeline
Refund requests are processed by Elfina within 2 business days of approval.
Once processed, the refund typically reflects in the client’s bank or card statement within 3–5 business days, depending on the client’s bank or payment provider.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice).
No-show sessions.
Sessions partially attended or missed due to client delays.
Dispute Resolution
Any refund-related disputes shall be raised in writing to admin@elfinahealth.com within seven (7) days of the transaction date. Elfina reserves the right to request supporting documents and make a final determination at its discretion.
