Welcome to Elfina Health. Before beginning your matching consultation, please review the following terms, created to ensure transparency, safety, and informed participation.
Purpose of the Consultation
This consultation is designed to help you find a therapist best suited to your needs.
You will be speaking with a trained psychologist from Elfina, but this is not a therapy session. No diagnosis, treatment, or therapeutic advice will be provided during this call.
Information Sharing
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your background, preferences, and mental health needs. This helps us make the most appropriate therapist match for you.
Confidentiality & Data Storage
All information shared during this consultation will remain confidential and stored securely with Elfina.
This data will be used only for the purpose of therapist matching and internal quality review.
Elfina will not disclose your information to any third party without your consent, except:
• If there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or
• If disclosure is required by law.
Scope & Limitations
The matching consultation is not a substitute for therapy. It is an intake and matching process intended to help you connect with a suitable therapist.
The psychologist conducting the consultation will not provide clinical advice, treatment, or crisis intervention during the call.
Liability Limitation
Elfina Health and its psychologists are not responsible for outcomes, interpretations, or assumptions made based on this consultation.
Our responsibility is limited to providing guidance for therapist matching and sharing accurate information about next steps.
Pricing & Payment for Matching Consultation
• The matching consultation is chargeable at ₹99. The fee must be paid at the time of booking the appointment.
• The consultation may be rescheduled or cancelled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled call time using the rescheduling or cancellation link provided in the appointment confirmation.
• Requests communicated via WhatsApp, email, or any other channel will not be considered valid notice for rescheduling or cancellation.
• The matching consultation fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• This fee applies to the time and service provided by the Therapy Experience Manager, irrespective of whether the client chooses to proceed with therapy thereafter.
• The matching consultation fee cannot be adjusted, transferred, or applied against therapy sessions or any other services offered by Elfina Health.
Pricing and payment for therapy sessions are separate and will be communicated independently after the matching consultation.
Elfina Health follows different pricing policies for domestic and international clients.
The applicable pricing will be determined based on the information you share during the consultation, such as your location and mode of payment.
In addition to the therapy session fee, Elfina charges a Platform Fee per session (varies from ₹49 to ₹535, depending on the session fee). An international payment fee is charged for payments made by international clients.
Emergencies
The matching consultation is not suitable for emergency or crisis situations.

Acknowledgment
By proceeding with the consultation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, and that you recognize this session as a matching consultation only – not a therapy session.
